Questions

What canonicalization means?

It's about have canonical tags in your we pages

What is a canonical tag?
A canonical tag (aka "rel canonical") is a way of telling search engines that a specific URL represents the master copy of a page.

Using the canonical tag prevents problems caused by identical or "duplicate" content appearing on multiple URLs.

CCPA

Similarly to GDPR, CCPA affects the way websites implement cookies, forms, and touchpoints. You need to have a strategy around data governance and data privacy

Questions

What is CCPA?
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA): The CCPA is a California state law that gives consumers more control over their personal data. The CCPA went into effect on January 1, 2020.
What are the rights of the citizens under CCPA?
The CCPA gives consumers the right to (a) Know what personal data is being collected about them

(b) Opt out of the sale of their personal data, (c) Request that their personal data be deleted and (d) Sue companies that violate the CCPA
is CCPA related somehow to GDPR?
They both address the same issue, that of data privacy but they are not "connected". Both laws aim to protect the privacy of individuals by giving them more control over their personal data. However, there are some key differences between the two laws.

(a) The CCPA applies to businesses that collect personal information from California residents, while the GDPR applies to businesses that process personal data of individuals located in the European Union (EU). The CCPA also has a lower threshold for businesses to be subject to the law, requiring businesses that generate $25 million or more in annual revenue or collect the personal information of more than 50,000 consumers to comply. (b) The GDPR, on the other hand, applies to all businesses that process personal data of EU residents, regardless of the business's size or location.
Is CCPA applies to non-Californians?

Yes, the CCPA applies to non-Californians if they are targeted by businesses that collect their personal information. For example, if a business collects the personal information of a non-Californian who visits their website, the business may be required to comply with the CCPA.

ChatGPT

Don’t just wonder what ChatGPT is—ask ChatGPT itself and experience the answer firsthand!

Questions

What is ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is an advanced conversational AI developed by OpenAI, designed to understand and generate human-like text. It uses a machine learning model called GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) to assist with a wide variety of tasks, including answering questions, providing explanations, generating creative content, and more.

At its core, ChatGPT is a language model trained on vast amounts of text data to predict the next word in a sentence, allowing it to generate coherent and contextually relevant responses. Its versatility makes it useful for personal, professional, and educational purposes.
ChatGPT is only on the web?
No, ChatGPT isn't limited to the web! While the web-based platform is the most common way to access it, ChatGPT is also available through other channels, including:

Mobile Apps: OpenAI provides official mobile apps for both iOS and Android, allowing you to use ChatGPT conveniently on your smartphone or tablet.

Third-Party Integrations: Many applications and services integrate ChatGPT into their tools, such as customer service platforms, productivity apps, or developer tools.

APIs for Developers: OpenAI offers an API that allows developers to embed ChatGPT into custom applications, software, or even IoT devices.

Desktop Access via Browsers: While technically still "web-based," accessing ChatGPT through a browser on a desktop is a common and convenient option.

ChatGPT Plus and Plugins: For enhanced functionality, the paid versions offer plugin access and other features that can expand its use across different tasks.

ChatGPT is available for macOS 14+ with Apple Silicon

You can now quickly access ChatGPT from anywhere on your computer with the Option + Space shortcut to share screenshots, upload files, and use Advanced Voice Mode to chat with your computer and get hands-free answers while you work.

Community-Led Growth

Community-Led Growth is a strategy where an engaged community becomes a key driver of acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty. Instead of relying only on traditional marketing, brands create spaces where customers can connect, share knowledge, help each other, and advocate for the product. When done well, the community doesn't just support the brand—it becomes part of how the brand grows.

Questions

We have thousands of customers, but no real community. Where do we start?

Start by giving customers a reason to connect beyond buying your product. That could be a private group, Slack community, regular events, educational content, or a space to exchange ideas and advice. Community-Led Growth begins when customers start creating value for each other—not just interacting with your brand.

How do I know if my community is actually helping my business grow?

Look beyond member count. Are customers referring others, answering questions, creating content, sharing feedback, or helping new users succeed? A strong community creates value that eventually translates into higher retention, stronger advocacy, and organic acquisition.

What's the difference between having an audience and having a community?

An audience primarily interacts with your brand. A community interacts with your brand and with each other. If communication is mostly one-way, you have an audience. When members start exchanging ideas, helping each other, and building relationships, you have the foundations of a community.

Do I need thousands of members for Community-Led Growth to work?

Not at all. A small group of highly engaged customers can be far more valuable than thousands of passive members. The goal isn't to build the biggest community; it's to create one where people genuinely participate, connect, and advocate for your brand.

We created a community, but nobody is talking. What are we doing wrong?

Creating a Slack, Discord, or Facebook Group doesn't automatically create a community. People need a reason to participate. Give members exclusive knowledge, useful discussions, access to experts, events, networking opportunities, or ways to contribute. Community starts with value, not a platform.

CTR Curve

A CTR curve is a line graph depicting the average CTR for each position in Google search results. In the example above, you can see that the average organic CTR for position one is 12%. Having a CTR curve allows SEOs to better predict how much traffic they can get from a particular keyword ranking

What is CTR Curve?
A CTR curve is a line graph depicting the average CTR for each position in Google search results. In the example above, you can see that the average organic CTR for position one is 12%. Having a CTR curve allows SEOs to better predict how much traffic they can get from a particular keyword ranking
Could I calculate the CTR Curve for my keywords?

No. You could calculate the current CTR by getting the traffic you get by the position that keyword has vs the total volumes of that keyword and then you can get your CTR but you cannot tell what the traffic would be if you would be in a lower position. Only, If you keep historical data that would be possible.

Is there a best practice on what's the traffic I would get based on my position?
Again no. But a safe average for your estimations is the one below
Do we have some conclusions on what's affecting the clicks?
Based on an analysis performed by Backlinko here are some interesting findings:

1. The #1 result in Google’s organic search results has an average CTR of 27.6%.

2. The #1 organic result is 10x more likely to receive a click compared to a page in the #10 spot.

3. Organic CTR for positions 8-10 is virtually the same. Therefore moving up a few spots on the bottom of the first page may not result in more organic traffic.

4. On average, moving up 1 spot in the search results will increase CTR by 2.8%. However, this depends on where you’re moving from and to. Moving from position #3 to position #2 will usually result in a significant CTR boost. However, moving from #10 to #9 doesn’t make a statistically significant difference.

5. Titles that do and do not contain a question have similar CTRs.

6. Title tags between 40 to 60 characters have the highest CTR. According to our data, pages with a title tag length between 40 and 60 characters have a TK% higher CTR compared to those that are outside of that range.

7. Longer keywords tend to have a higher CTR: keywords between 10-15 words in length get 1.76x more clicks than single-word terms.

8. URLs that contain terms similar to a keyword have a 45% higher click-through rate compared to URLs that don’t contain a keyword.

9. Positive titles may improve your CTR. We found that titles with a positive sentiment improved CTR by approximately 4%.

All of the above are being addressed through the Product-led Growth Methodology.

Customer Discovery

Customer Discovery is really the foundation of Product Market Fit (aka PMF or PMFit). Here, we dig deep to understand exactly who your ideal customers are, their problems, and what gaps they have in their current solutions. Think of this as a series of conversations—interviews, surveys, sometimes observational studies—where we go directly to the source: your target audience.
Our goal here is to validate or even challenge our assumptions about who these people are and what they need. Instead of just guessing what might work, we’ll get tangible insights straight from the customers themselves. This way, we can be sure that the product we’re developing cannot only solve a problem but is also something they’ll actually want and use. Ultimately, this reduces your risk by ensuring we’re building for a real, validated demand.
